Our story: The Esty Collaborative
The Esty Collaborative was born from a shared passion for skin, wellness, and community. Founded by Andrea Coriolan and Ashley Hanlon, both seasoned estheticians, we saw the need for a space where like-minded professionals could come together, support each other, and grow. Working in the beauty and skincare industry is as much about nurturing ourselves as it is about helping our clients feel confident in their skin. We realized that true success and fulfillment come from more than just expertise—it comes from connection.
Our vision was simple: to create a collective of estheticians dedicated to personal and professional growth. The Esty Collaborative isn’t just a networking group; it’s a support system, a resource hub, and a place to share dreams and challenges. Here, estheticians of all levels are welcome, whether you're just starting out or have years of experience under your belt. Together, we share knowledge, celebrate wins, troubleshoot setbacks, and empower one another to rise higher in our careers.
What started as a small idea between friends has blossomed into a dynamic community where we can inspire and be inspired. At the heart of our collaborative is the belief that when we work together, we grow together—because in a world that’s always changing, we’re better when we have a tribe to lean on.

Hey Esty Besties! My name is Andrea, and I’m a licensed esthetician with 7 years of experience specializing in corrective skincare. As a certified acne specialist, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients achieve clear, healthy skin by addressing underlying skin concerns, from acne to compromised skin barriers
.
Since 2019, I’ve proudly owned and operated my own business, where I not only provide exceptional skincare services but also share my passion for education. I am an educator and trainer for continuing education courses, helping estheticians enhance their skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. As a mentor, I guide fellow estheticians through their transition into corrective skincare, offering support and expertise as they refine their craft.
I believe in the power of ongoing education and that there’s always more to learn in this ever-evolving field. My philosophy is simple: Never stop learning. Whether it’s exploring new techniques, discovering innovative products, or refining my current practices, I’m always striving for growth.
I love being part of this vibrant and supportive esthetician community and look forward to continuing my journey while helping others along the way.

Hi Esty Tribe! I'm Ashley Hanlon, a 9 year licensed Florida Facial Specialist and 7 year business owner of FACE by Ashley Hanlon in Casselberry, Fl. where I specialize in restorative & corrective skincare treatments ✨️
Throughout my Esthetic journey, I've been fortunate to represent leading brands such as Herbal Skin Solutions & teach advanced treatments such as through The Esthetics Academy as their Lead Educator, sharing my expertise with thousands of Estheticians and Beauty Professionals at trade shows & conferences nationwide. Most recently, adding a product formulator for Dermasystems Cosmetics to my career portfolio!
I had the honor of being recognized by Dermascope Magazine in November 2021 as “Best in the Biz” for my contributions in and outside of the treatment room.
As much as I love working hands-on in my treatment room, I truly thrive on guiding other professionals in business, elevating their confidence, and creating a safe community that offers support every step of the way. I wouldn't be where I am in my journey without an encouraging tribe of industry pros and leaders by my side rooting me on and I strive to help uplift others in the same way.
